Waiver by TAS of strict performances of any provision of these terms will not be a waiver of or prejudice TAS's right to require strict performance of the same provision in the future or of any other provision of these terms. breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. The section headings used herein are for convenience only and shall not be given any legal import.
